M.D. S.R.L. identified its internal stakeholders in its employees and managers, and its external stakeholders in its relations with institutions, suppliers, clients, business partners, trade unions and political organisations, and the media. All must abide by the principles enshrined in the Model and in the Code of Business Ethics approved by the company’s Sole Director and annually reviewed by the same and by the Unipersonal Supervisory Board. Compliance with these principles is essential to achieve the company’s mission and to guarantee the company’s reputation in the socio-economic context in which it operates.
